We are familiar with this issue... for me it seems okay to downgrade (I'm not using Vivaldi):
Download it from https://packages.getsol.us/shannon/f/ffmpeg-chromium/ and
sudo eopkg it ffmpeg-chromium-94.0.4606.71-12-1-x86_64.eopkg
