Not something that we support or plan on supporting. It requires libhandy, which isn't permitted in the repo. It was never in the "Solus GNOME" build, and in fact no virtualization software of that sort is included out-of-the-box in any of our editions.
Connections is intended to replace vinagre, though it actually is pretty lacking (no spice support or RDP over SSH). You're better off with Vinagre.
