hello to the whole team thank you very much for your help. I started by uninstalling the sub file (.thunderbird). then erase Thunderberd entirely then I reinstalled Thunderberd. I turned off the computer to turn the computer back on. i clicked on the thunderberd icon and everything went to normal. my problem was the subfile (.thunderberd) !!!! before erasing it I had to look inside in the newspapers, there was a problem, now everything is ok: thank you very much for your help
