Black screen after upgrading to 6600 XT

Put in a amd 6600XT and I can choose the boot option menu, but when I go into kernel the latest 5.13 the screen is black. Pressing ctrl-Alt-F2 doesn't bring up a terminal. With a live usb can choose to go into live version, then it stalls after SGX is disabled by the bios. At another attempt it stalled at the line.

Already have Solus installed on the PC with a previous generation and had an Amd GPU in there, so the Nvidia drivers are not installed.

Can boot into live Manjaro environment.

This is fixed now. It turns out that the EFI partition I made was full, so after extending it by 1024MB and runningsudo install --reinstall linux-current since the normal update didn't see the difference between 5.13 and 5.14 after being stuck for some reason.
