algent Axios Rollbacks don't work where there are deprecated packages involved. There were some packages deprecated last week python-ipaddress is one of them. To make it work you have to find the deprecated packages here:https://packages.getsol.us/shannon/ For python-ipaddress this is the link: https://packages.getsol.us/shannon/p/python-ipaddress/python-ipaddress-1.0.23-4-1-x86_64.eopkg And then follow this tutorial to rollback. https://discuss.getsol.us/d/6954-fix-system-rollback-with-deprecated-packages
brent Axios if you got no terminal right now it might be live .iso time. https://getsol.us/articles/troubleshooting/boot-rescue/en/ I've done this successfully once🙂
Axios brent ah its gnome It updated ok and is still updated appears but went to gnome 41 and rebooted desktop was totally redone just spent last 2 days getting it just right and the gnome extensions I was using none compatible with gnome 41 so I am not happy Trying to keep my finger off the format key..lol got another Computer with budgie on it but was really starting to like gnome till this episode!! Dunno might keep it for distro testing computer or forget linux just wanted to rollback to previous state
brent Axios tried eopkg -t X twice. Once was a fail because of a package deprecation and once was a success but I hated be not updated so waited for the fix. watch your extension format urge! you gnome guys are hardcore gluttons🙂
