BlueZ regression, can I downgrade it?

Hello again, BlueZ had a regression some versions ago, and I didn't care to test bluetooth in my computer until now...
Now that I was in need the bug caused me some trouble, I don't know how it actually works since Solus is rolling release, can I safely downgrade it anyhow?

My bug is bug60824 and it is an old one, since 2013 it comes back version after version, I've been experiencing it for a long time... not Solus fault of course.

Havent had many issues with bluetooth on solus, but on other distros removing bluez and switching to blueman was my way to go to fix a lot of issues, you can try it.
sudo eopkg rm bluez
sudo eopkg it blueman

I'm using plasma, and trying to remove bluez forces the removal of:
