Greetings,
I just installed the latest .iso of Solus on my laptop, and after figuring out the wifi connecting issues, (taking the chip out physically and plugging it back in worked after everything else, go figure) it was time to customize.
The problem: I use the trackpad/ In Settings>mouse & touchpad> edge scrolling I turned it ON. ThenI'd close out of that. Later if i wanted to say, change the background, i would open settings again, and the edge scrolling would disable as soon as i opened the Settings app. Everything else (other mouse settings like speed and natural scrolling) persists with testing, but scrolling won't.
Sometimes I'll open up somethings else, like the About page, and it turns the edge scrolling off too. It's seemingly inconsistent with what i can open or not and have it do this. It consistently will turn off if i open Settings, but with everything else it has no pattern i could find.

eopkg up to date, everything is up to date. Fresh install, nothing downloaded. Having trouble finding a way to adjust the brightness too, might make a post about that soon.
If you need any other info just let me know where to find it. I've been tinkering with Linux distros for over a year and just recently switched to using distros for daily driving, so troubleshooting is a new skill I'm learning. Thanks
