Regarding package management

I have 2 questions about the future of package management in Solus

Is in correct or incorrect to assume that it is better/safer to use eopkg to install all my packages via CLI, as opposed to the Software Center, only using the SC as a "catalog"? (i only stick to the official repos! and no snaps/flatpaks)
Is there a method of installing packages from a clean installation of Solus that will ensure a "cleaner" transition from eopkg to Sol in the future? Or can I rely on software center for everything in that regard? I have grown accustom to sticking with one package manager from the getgo so knowing I will have to employ a new one in the future, after learning to love eopkg, is slightly concerning but perhaps im just being paranoid.

nope it's the same, the Software-Center is just a frontend GUI for eopk. What the advantage is via terminal you have a way more verbose output to see what's going on. Flatpak and snapd are fine but just not as integrated into the system like our repo packages
should we get to the part where we switch over to sol, it's will be just another update. In the beginning there will be still eopkg packages around but will get faded out more and more after the repo packages are getting build with sol

I love eopkg too. The easy rollback feature, check for broken packages, etc.. are fantastic. I think it's literally the best package manager available. I'm hoping it's just a gui re-write to include flats and snaps but eopkg essentially stays the same.
