*I recently rejected the ugly flatpak Epiphany. I used the superior Solus version (deprecated) for Microsoft and Google work related stuff.
*After Epiphany's removal from repo I switched work stuff to the fast and capable Falkon which I also liked. But after a few months I got sick its password problem. It doesn't store them and has no way to save them.
*So Vivalidi-stable it it is! Revisited it the last few days and is fine for its role as a dedicated employment-only browser.
I throttled and muted all those obnoxious colors of the rainbow for an ash theme, setup a new KeepassSX file and link and off I go.
Question 1.
Top to bottom: Brave, FF, Vivaldi. Is there some guts or config files I can edit to make these tiny tabs bigger?
#2 I see no setting to disable that side-splash window that crashes your party for something as mundane as a downloading a pdf and shrinks your existing screen instantly. Very busy and distracting.
At least F4 muzzles the small side menu effectively. And F4 muzzles this larger side window effectively. But how do I disable it permanently?
I'll keep playing with settings in the meantime. Only posting on the off chance someone would know the answers quicker than I will discover them🙂. Thank you.
