I booted up my Solus after not being on it for sometime due to gaming on windows and I see this.

Is it safe to delete these files?

The respository has convmv, you will probably need to install it. Not sure if dos2unix is actually needed, but the repo has that too

I had similar files show up after experimenting with Plasma Activities.

Shared home partition? maybe an fsck is in order?

I have my windows and linux installs on 2 different ssds. The only thing that is shared is a 1tb hdd and that is mounted ini my home folder under Storage folder. The only location that has these weird files is the home folder, everything else is clean
