My device: Acer nitro 5 notebook AN515-45
Wi-Fi not working
I used lspci to find the Wi-Fi device, and it shows
04:00.0 Network controller: MEDIATEK Corp. Device 7961
Then I checked hardware probe it says the device works on kernel above 5.12, and I checked kernel version in my device using uname -r which shows.
Hardware probe also showed a path to a file drivers/net/wireless/mediatek/mt76/mt7921/pci.c which is not in my device.
I used fedora and it worked fine
