restart your pc and try the installation again via software center. if problem still exists, you can use terminal:
(commands are exactly as given on the help center)
sudo eopkg bi --ignore-safety https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getsolus/3rd-party/master/network/web/google-earth/pspec.xml
sudo eopkg it google-earth*.eopkg;sudo rm google-earth*.eopkg
btw, you can easily use G Earth on your browser.
