Video playback problems using Intel HD3000

Hi, I have an old Toshiba Laptop with I3, 6GB of ram, 256 GB Kingston SSD and an Intel HD3000 Graphic chip.
The problem is that no Linux distro is able to playback correctly Youtube videos. The videos are freezing every couple of seconds. I already installed, Pop Os, Kubuntu, Linux Mint, Manjaro, and a couple of other distros and every time I have the same issue. Using Windows 10 the youtube videos playback just fine. So, is Solus able to handle Intel HD3000, becaus in my opinion it's only a driver issue and as I know the Kernel handles these graphic chips.
I prefer having Linux instead of Windows. Thanks

I have no experience with Intel HD3000 on Linux, but why not test it with a Solus live usb? (saving you the need to install and test) If you can play youtube video's in firefox from the usb, i would think you should be good to go.
