I'd say there's a very good chance -- if you can install Solus on it -- that everything would work well. I have an Asus Travelmate laptop with a touch screen, and when I installed Solus on it, the touch screen didn't need anything special to make it work. It just did.
As Yuri pointed out, though, it depends on your architecture. It needs to be an x_86_64 system in order for Solus to install and work. I don't know anything about that computer, but if it's an ARM machine, you won't be able to install Solus on it. So give it a try! If it won't install you'll find out right away.
