There is actually something wrong with the TeamViewer package atm. Currently investigating.
Update: Sorry, my bad, there wasn't an issue with TeamViewer. [1] Any error messages when you run teamviewer as a command in your terminal?
[1] In case you're using Budgie you might run into the same issue as me, with the system tray not updating to show the TeamViewer icon (TeamViewer launches to the system tray and doesn't open a window by default if you start it from the terminal, launching it from the menu should open a window though).
