Hi everyone, I've an issue with the Remote-SSH extension inside VSCode installed from the Software Center.
When I try to connect to a remote machine, Code installs the remote server module and seems to successfully connect to the remote machine via SSH, but then shows up the message:
"Failed to connect to the remote extension host server (Error: Connection error: Version mismatch, client refused.)"
I've already tried deleting the remote ".vscode-server". This issue is persistent since I installed Solus several months ago and occurs on all remote machines I've tested.
As far as I know, the version of VSCode in the SW Center is "OSS", meaning no licensing, branding and telemetry (pls correct me if I'm wrong). However, the Remote-SSH extension is explicitly licensed by Microsoft, which lets assume (and seems to be confirmed by various forums) that the Remote-SSH extension won't work in a non-microsoft licensed product (like the "normal" vscode).
But as this is only an assumption, I'm still hoping for any suggestions/ solutions on this issue.
Thanks in advance!
