Has anyone noticed a size issue with Brave since the last update?
I've quit using Brave on most of our computers because of some niggling little annoyances. I've gone back to Vivaldi, with doesn't share those problems with Brave. But I'd forgotten that we're using Brave on the media machine because it provides geolocation data properly to tv.youtube.com. Few browsers do.
Forgetting that, I removed Brave from that machine. When I tried accessing our local TV stations with Vivaldi, I remembered why we were using Brave there instead, and re-installed it. But everything now shows up resized to about four times normal size. I mean everything.
I went through all the settings (they had been preserved when I deleted Brave) and I couldn't find anything wrong with them. So I removed BraveSoftware from the ~/.config folder and reinstalled Brave. No joy. Still shows everything about 4x normal size. No other applications are affected by this - it's strictly a Brave issue.
I've reluctantly gone back to using Opera for streaming content to the TV, but only after spending a couple hours trying to figure out what's wrong with Brave. That's why I'm wondering whether anyone else has seen this happen after today's update.
EDIT: Note that our TV is a 4K model. But Solus settings handle that for us. As I wrote, nothing else at all is affected the same way that Brave is.
