Steam beta won't start after update

After the most recent Steam beta update, it has a small window on start that complains

You are missing the following 32-bit libraries, and Steam may not run: libpipewire-0.3.so.0

and then won't run.
It was working fine right before so I assume it must have a new required pipewire dependency.

Note, if you disable the "Use native runtime" setting in LSI it now works again with the re-released update. No fix for the native runtime yet though.
