For some reasons I never had a passphrase here but logged in via Phabricator. For some unknown different reasons my primary mail address was disabled by Solus completely (the mailbox is still working fine and in use for nearly 2 decades, but I never received mails from Solus anymore, neither from Phabricator nor Flarum). Doesn't bother me for years, I must admit, but now...

I managed to change the primary mail in Phabricator, but here I need the passphrase. I have none. Additionally, I can't reset the passphrase, because Flarum didn't send me the reset link to the old mailbox.

Any ideas? I should open a new account, I guess...
(I'm not sure if I can re-enter in case of a logout, so please don't be mad for not replying...)

Is it possible your email provider is marking the email as spam?

No, there's no filter active. I should at least see any mail.

Maybe it was nevertheless my fault - some years ago I added myself in Phabricator as recipient for ALL task messages (globally). That brought me a huge amount of mails each day (but I can say I was truly interested in what's going on in the Solus repo, so it wasn't senseless for me), but this flow stopped one day. I guess somewhat/somebody was p****d and added my mail to some kind of blocklist, but I don't think my hoster did it. I'm far below my traffic and storage quota.
Whatever, I own 20 .de-domains and have a mail catchall for most of them, but this one particular address is not working anymore with Solus stuff exclusively 🙁

Robotmike Even if you don't have a filter configured, it's still possible that your provider decided to block us.

DataDrake Even if you don't have a filter configured, it's still possible that your provider decided to block us.

Or it's possible that your email client did. Thunderbird, for example, has an optional mode that attempts to learn what messages are spam, and moves them to a spam folder.

@WetGeek I'm on it. Customer support confirmed they have a "firewall" and I should tell him the used IPs where the mails were sent from - well, how am I supposed to tell something about the mails I never got? I'll post the final outcome here.

My radar is working well 😆 - I compiled and installed bogofilter for claws mail by myself, so I have a slight idea what's the problem NOT based on. 😁

Customer support said they checked the logfiles but didn't find any mail from getsol.us. The told me to ask here for information about the IP the mails are coming from.
I think I should find another provider.

If someone cares: I moved the whole dns of the domain to a new server, incl. mx-records, with no success. Changing the address AND the server did work, changing just the server did not, so I'm sure the problem is not in reach of my radar at all.

Made a new account, so no problem anymore (yet).
