Well, given that around 59.5% or the world has access to internet, and 92.6% of these users use a phone to access it, these satellites could be a hell of a marketing for future governments and candidates to rise, and maybe only that.
But I don't think it will change how we (personal computer users) use internet. But in the near future? Yes, internet via radio will eventually fully change to these satellites, and looking how quickly mobile internet has evolved, and is becoming a huge part of aggro-industries, medicine and diagnostics, civil construction, and security... I don't think Musk will fail with this, he is a business man, and will not stop until he has the under-developed nations using his satellites as the main technology to access internet.
We live in a world of drones, for war, for medical delivery, for producing food, for mapping zones in real time, and this may be nothing for those without a phone or computer, but for institutions like MSF or UNICEF, big drones are exceptional and can change life... so under-developed population will still benefit from this, even without using a phone or computer.
