I've have this same problem as everyone else for a snap package (iconny) that I could install, not run, and not fully uninstall. Just a big red-check-marked app armor party.
I took no steps to fix, instead waiting for a update.
This app armor thing appears to have morphed beyond snap (if, indeed, that is the way to see it; I am unsure how to see it).
Here's me uninstalling a repo game 5 minutes ago:
sudo eopkg rm openxcom
The following list of packages will be removed
in the respective order to satisfy dependencies:
