Hello team,
since the beginning of this year I have trouble after updating my solus client.
After every update every check seems to finish correctly, just the reloading of the udev rules fails, see
[✓] Syncing filesystems success
[✓] Updating dynamic library cache success
[✓] Updating system users success
[✓] Updating systemd tmpfiles success
[✓] Reloading systemd configuration success
[✓] Compiling glib-schemas success
[✓] Updating mimetype database success
[✓] Updating icon theme cache: hicolor success
[✓] Updating desktop database success
[✓] Updating manpages database success
[✗] Reloading udev rules failed
Another post regarding this problems see here advises to initiate this command:
sudo usysconf run -f && sudo eopkg rdb && sudo eopkg up
which I did.
The result was:
[✗] Reloading udev rules failed
A copy of the command output follows:
Failed to wait for daemon to reply: Connection timed out
Can somebody help me to fix this issue? I'm afraid of data loss.
My systems's specs are:
# inxi -Fz
