Need help. With issue "no irq handler"

For enable parametrs me need make directory cmdline.d? (This folder is not my system). I'm follow this guide https://getsol.us/articles/troubleshooting/boot-management/en/ "Appending kernel parameters to Solus boot" but is not working

George It should be on your system. It's where the settings for resume resides. If it doesn't exist then just sudo mkdir -p /etc/kernel/cmdline.d
