[Budgie] Mouse integration of neovim don't work with Gnome Terminal.

In Linux Mint and Arch with Gnome, it works perfectly, just in budgie doesn't. Both use Gnome Terminal too.

Probabily some package missing? or a configuration of gnome terminal?

It's look like Gnome Terminal issues. Can't replicate the issues in Kitty.

Edit: Yes I can reproduce the issue in Gnome Terminal too.

Tested on Tilix, the error persist.

ROXTerm same issue, probabily its a issue with budgie.

If you test in Tilix and Roxterm, and get the same issues, then it's the problem in the underlying technologies. Gnome Terminal, Tilix, and Roxterm use VTE library for the terminal emulator. Need to lookup on VTE first.
