It certainly had an agenda about some programing languages even thought lotsa words adding up to nothing--this was a lesson in cryptic. Ironically he cited 3 distros that accommodate multiple repos as champions for fighting the "unsafe practices."
The irony is I would not feel safe with multiple, sometimes unpoliced repos, and and quite grateful for the single, capable one we have.
