shaunakhub I am not sure if this has been asked before or not. I am trying out Solus 4.2 from today. One thing I found quite strange in Evolution (I prefer Evolution to any other mail client) is that the icons are 'appear' disabled even when they are active. i.e. they have the same color combination as a disabled option. Is there any option to resolve this? If you notice the toolbar - the delete option is very much available, but if we look at the button - it looks like disable (when i clik on the button, it works). I am on Solus 4.2 (All updates applied) Evolution Version: 3.38.4
stalebrim prateekmedia Yea. This is an issue of some applications (like LibreOffice) not defaulting to dark icon theme by default.
Chrym Hello, since last update I have the issue, that the Delete-Button is broken: Has anyone the same issue or an idea, how to fix it? I use dark theme, Plata-Nior, Papirus-Dark... Switching Themes does not bring back the Delete-Icon. Thank you and kind regards
algent Chrym It is not specific to Solus. Those are missing icons in papirus-icon-theme. EDIT: The only one working icon theme that I know is Adwaita,
Scotty-Trees Chrym Here's the best advice I can offer for this: Use Firefox (it won't default to open if you're on Chrome/Vivaldi), but go to https://extensions.libreoffice.org/fr/extensions/show/yaru-icon-theme and the top download from "2021-03-14" aka the most recent version, download that in Firefox and have it Open (don't just automatically save it I mean), and then accept it to add it to LibreOffice and then you'll have what I would argue is a complete Libreoffice theme for light or dark variants that was created by the team behind the Yaru theme that's on Ubuntu. Give it a try, I loved it instantly and now it's a go to for anytime I do a fresh install. Hope this helps, cheers!
