minecraft java error localization

I followed the tutorial ( https://getsol.us/articles/gaming/minecraft/en/ )

and during the "Now edit inside the desktop file the Exec path to the following" command I got an error message.

If I run the game, through the launcher, I have a java error

I had already done the installation and it had worked.
Since I installed minetest, maybe a conflict of localization of java?

You slightly misunderstood the instructions. You don't put that line into the terminal.
You have to first open the .desktop file with your editor by using on of the commands it lists, depending on your desktop environment. For e.g. Budgie:
sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/minecraft-launcher.desktop
This will open the text editor to edit the minecraft-launcher.desktop file. In that editor window you have to change the line that starts with Exec= and put Exec=env JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib64/openjdk-8 /opt/minecraft-launcher/minecraft-launcher there instead.

What if I need to uninstall?
I uninstall through the software center, but it is outside.

You'd have to manually delete everything.
That would be the contents of /opt/minecraft-launcher/, and the files /usr/bin/minecraft-launcher as well as /usr/share/applications/minecraft-launcher.desktop and /usr/share/icons/hicolor/symbolic/apps/minecraft-launcher.svg

Be careful not to delete anything else in those folders though.
