This is something that is being worked on by the Firefox team and is not yet available.
If you want this feature and to be able to add a link directly to the dock or panel, you can use Chrome browser. I prefer the look of Firefox's implementation over Chrome, but the feature to add the site to a panel with its own individual icon is great.
