I'm using solus and everything is fine as a regular user but now I'm trying to install a development environment I have some issues with postgis postgres extension, since you have not any precompiled package had to build by my self, however I'm getting after ./configure command :
checking for xmlInitParser in -lxml2... no
configure: error: could not find libxml2
and I have libxml2-devel installed.
any help appreciated
