FIX: AMD RX 580 glitches and/or totally system freeze

I switched recently to an AMD RX 580 and performed a complete new install of Solus. Unfortunately, after some time the whole screen started to have crazy pixel artefacts and / or the complete system hung up.

As it turned out, I had to enable the IOMMU feature in the BIOS of my motherboard which resolved the issue. Since this moment my system is rock solid and I enjoy every moment with it :-)

I got the idea to enable the IOMMU feature in the BIOS after I read the following bug report: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105733

Here are the details of my system:

Graphic card: Asus AMD RX 580 OC 8GB
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3200G

I'm using the same graphic card, and I never had any issue with it. Not exactly the same model though (MSI one) and the install is far from being fresh.
