What keeps me hanging with solus are two things...
- Snappy distro, simple elegant with least noise.
- lead experience teams members dedicated support . Example, i was reading a thread where users presenting his problem and JoshStrobi kept responding his chats with solutions and even step by step guidance. To my experience with other distros this hasn't happened.
Keep it up guys, do keep this sort of patience with naive guys like us. What we want is a continuous working system with least break down or no breakdown. Simple breakdown is like finding a needle in a haystack. Naive guys like me digs a lot to get to a solution by simply googling for the solution.
I think Solus team should come up like a troubleshooting tool which will scan old journal and forward to the Solus team and automatically forward some tips via email. Just a crazy idea.
