For the past couple of weeks, after I use my computer all day and shut down, I get a screen of vertical color bars and I am forced to press the restart button. After restart, I can shut down normally. Does anyone know the reason for this vertical color bar screen on shutdown and the solution to the issue? It has happened on occasion before. But, now it happens everyday. It appears to have started after a software update. I don't know if that is the source of the issue. But just wanted to state when I first noticed it happening.
