First time I post here. I've been using Solus as my main OS at home and at work for over a year. Loving it.
Since upgrade to 5.10 kernel I cannot control the brightness on my iMac 27" (late 2012 model, with GeForce GTX 660M) anymore.
I can see and modify the value in /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness, but it doesn't have any effect on the actual brightness of the device, it's always at maximum level, which is annoying.
I've tried to manually load a kernel module named "appledisplay" just in case.. without any luck.
I've googled around, just in case it's some upstream bug in the linux kernel 5.10 without any luck also.
So now I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
