Issues pairing my xbox one controller.

Hi Solus folks,

For a couple of weeks now I've been having issues with my wireless xbox one controller. It pairs up to my dongle, no sweat. But, It does not appear in steam as a controller. Wasn't a problem on my debian machine, using same software to pair xbox controller to dongle. Here is some info that might be of use:

Kenel version: 5.10.1-162.current (My debian machine is on 4.8, but xow used to work on my previous install of solus)
Pairing software: xow (https://github.com/medusalix/xow)

Xow isn't in the solus repos did you compile it yourself?
Your screenshot says Controller is connected? Battery seems to be low though.

kaktuspalme Yes, I compiled xow from source. The battery indicates battery level 2/3, level 3 is max. So that's not the issue. I wonder if there might be a new update in the a kernel module that makes it this way, as I said, I've previously used it on solus without a hassle. But for some reason it does not work now.

Hmm I have the same behaviour now like you, the controller isn't visible in steam although it works in a game I just tested.

Have a look here. It seem you have to disable native runtime. In my case that works:
