Adding Proton VPN repository via cli

I new to Solus Budgie and having trouble adding Proton VPN repository and key so I can install their VPN App thru CLI. Their instructions use apt, and I'm trying to convert those into eopkg syntax.
Their instructions:
wget -q -O - https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian/public_key.asc | sudo apt-key add -

Followed by:
sudo add-apt-repository 'deb https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian unstable main'

And what I entered:
sudo eopkg add-repo deb https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian unstable main

I'm only shown syntax help after I try this. I downloaded their public_key .asc file, but not sure how to add it. I'm on Solus Budgie 4.1 with all Updates.

You can't add a Debian repo to Solus, it doesn't work like that. By the way, protonvpn-cli is already in the standard repo, you can install it with sudo eopkg it protonvpn-cli
