Emperor It's a matter of fiddling with alsamixer and pavucontrol. Some soundcards are tricky. Basically you just need to use the right output device.

So here is a picture of my real panel:

So first the sound worked on the black port...on the left and right of it worked either the left or right port.
The sound of W10 become good the moment I used the port below the black one-it;s kinda green.
So it works on Solus too...the problem is that this jack was once repaired and even the most gentle movement can cause the left speaker to not work or to lower the power of sound...I used tape to partly solve that...
Now the new questions 🙂:
1-The experience is a little buggy so how do I solve that(on hardware level-the cable/jack).
2-As I got my long awaited welcoming sound how do I turn it off 😂
3-From time to time(maybe because of movement) sound changes from analog to digital...also when it's analog and it's working it's shown as unplugged.
4-I got a ton of unnecessary crap programs for managing sound-which ones I can remove and how?

Emperor Yeah, if your speakers are 2.0 or 2.1 you definitely should use the green port.

      [deleted] Yes they are 2.1
Inspire T3100 2.1 Channel Computer Speaker System

Now you say the rear jack has been repaired, that is mounted to the motherboard.
Yes the green port is your 2.0/2.1 line out
The front speaker is probably not wired correctly, refer to manual. Also which plug HD Audio/AC'97 is attached to front of case.

It's upsetting if you can't rock and roll. I feel this crazy thread.

      a year later

I faced this issue today, then i will share what had solved this for my case:

(Maybe the button names are different. I am using another language in Solus Plasma and trying to translate it to english.)

      1. Right click the 'Sound Icon' in the task manager panel.
      2. Click on 'Configure Audio Volume'.
      3. In 'General Settings', increase the 'Volume Pass' and enable all check boxes.
      4. If the step above don't fixed it, in 'Audio Settings', turn off the GPU audio and keep only the audio from bios activated. Then change the bios audio profile to find out one that works.
