Check/Repair my system ?

Hi Guys,

So... I did the last sudo eopkg up (with Budgie update, I think ?)

At the end, during syncing filesystem step, my terminal was kind of stuck, and... I rebooted.

I think that was not the best idea. I couldn't lauch "Budgie Settings" (the desktop was disappearing). I did a reinstall on budgie-desktop, so it's ok now. But I don't know, I think I might have broken my sytem ?

Question is :
Is there a way to force a check on my system ? You know, the steps when you do eopkg up ?
(syncing filesystem, updating manpage, udev rules, etc...)
?

Or another way, to check if my system is ok ?

If the system is not deeply damaged, this command will check for and repair broken packages:

sudo eopkg check | grep -i broken | awk '{print $4}' | xargs sudo eopkg install --reinstall

It'll take about 10..15 minutes to complete.

yeah I did that.

(actuallu, due to my system being in french, it was :
sudo eopkg check | grep -i Cassé| awk '{print $5}' | xargs sudo eopkg install --reinstall
