Not sure about if, where and how one should flag packages as out of date.
Lately I have been fiddling around with fcp and lazarus and I notice that the Solus version (3.0.4) of fpc is a bit old.

FPC version 3.2.0 has been released!
This version is a major new release and contains bugfixes and updates packages, new features and new targets. Due to the age of the FPC 3.0 branch (5 years!) it is recommended to upgrade as soon as possible.
