Flicker / Glitchy screen

My screen has occasional flickering (see video

I thought it was a hardware problem. Yet, this only happens when I am on Solus (GNOME and KDE); none of this occurred when I distro-hopped to KDE Neon and Elementary.

Hardware: Thinkpad X260
Kernel: 5.6.19-159.current

Is this a common issue?

Apparently this was a hardware issue. The laptop speaker was broken. Presumably, it created some magnetic/electric discharge to the screen. Problem identified and solved.
