So has it is well explain I sudo cp the files in the archive and pasted where it should belong.
I've installed the free version of lightworks
when I tried to run the program from the Budgie menu nothing appened, but when I ran on the terminal:
I get this answer:
/usr/lib/lightworks/ntcardvt: error while loading shared libraries: libCg.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
so I search the life libCg.so : it appears to be here
after downloading it I copied in the archive the 2 files in
libCgGL.so first I've pasted in
/usr/lib64 but get any result
then I've tried in
/usr/lib/lightworks and it worked !
