How to install Jami messenger P2P ?

I would like to know how to install the private messaging software in P2P: Jami . The publisher's site offers downloads for Debian, Fedora, Red at, Open Suse, Trisquel but nothing for Solus and it is not present in the Solus store. Which version is recommended for Solus Linux? Or on the command line please

Install the snap package? https://snapcraft.io/jami which is only available as an unstable package:
sudo snap install jami --edge

Or Install the flatpak: https://flathub.org/apps/details/net.jami.Jami

Or extract a deb ( Not to / ) run the executable and hope for the best.

Or compile it yourself.
