Installing new Conky Themes

Hey everyone! I’m braaaand new to Linux. I’m running Solus and loving it so far.

I’m running into an issue, I can’t figure out how to add a new conky theme (any conky theme) to my Solus install. Does anyone have a walkthrough or step-by-step? I know the best way is to read it and do it, but I can’t find a guide anywhere!

I’d also love to see your desktop and conky! Thanks!!

Hey Leafygeans Welcome to the Solus Family! I used a custom conky script (.conkyrc) for my desktop. I made the file auto start on startup. Or you could always use the Conky Manager and get any of the themes available there.
Here's how my Desktop looks like, it's just a simple one to see the CPU and GPU usage

Hey guys, so I have conky manager and Conky installed, but i can't figure out how to add new themes...what am I doing wrong here?

AFAIK there is no magic wand to make it real cool like all the pics.
The default themes, which are easily set, are not gonna be the ones you see in pictures, or probably even like. You need to go outside the repo then download/shoehorn scripts of other people's desktops you might like into your solus.See the instructions in that link? That was about 2 miles over my confidence level. Someday would love to try.
If you are real linux-savvy then no problem.
