Help! How to install popcorn-time in solus4? Convert from deb, rpm to eopkg possible.

i was able to find an alternative but can i convert this package to eopkg format and create a link on desktop. Help!

You can do what you want, but it will never be in the repository or supported, it's pure purpose is illegal in most countries.
