To be slightly more specific: Intel Graphics drivers are provided by the DRM driver (Direct Rendering Manager, not Digital Rights Management) in the kernel and the OpenGL and Vulkan drivers provided by Mesa. Both of these are Solus-provided packages and do not need to come from an external source. You will get updates in the form of normal package updates.
