Installed Solus 4, to replace Ubuntu on a newly build gaming pc. Very nice new OS. Replaced black style with light style. Mostly everything works out of the box. But for WIFI.
Same machine has a dual boot with WIN7 64bit. No issues on WIFI in this setup.
What can I do or tune to remedy this annoying situation. I had to setup my machine in the living connected via Ethernet cable to do any more work on it ...

waterwin Can you run lsusb via terminal and provide what device ID's it provides?

I have changed a setting in the router here. From WPA-WPA2 mixed to WPA2-PSK/AES. Based on a suggestion found on the web to improve the wifi situation in general. This was not needed when using Windows but it certainly has made my wifi on Solus a lot more stable so far. I think the issue is solved for me. I will monitor a day or so and add the Solved tag afterwards.

PS. I will open a new Topic on the Audio performance, this is breaking up with a lot of added high frequency noise.
