atriaze Hello, When I launched Thunderbird, I got this message: XML analysis error: entity not defined Location: chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xhtml Row number 905, Column 3: key id="openLightningKey" Thank you for your return Solus budgie
JoshStrobl Unable to reproduce but I'm also only using langpacks shipped in our Thunderbird package. This appears to be an issue if you have downloaded langpacks separately, happens even on Ubuntu. See https://askubuntu.com/questions/1287732/after-upgrade-to-20-10-thunderbird-stops-with-parsing-error
evert The same problem over here. Just downloaded the dutch languagepack. Now Thunderbirds does not work anymore. Warning : key id="openLightningKey". Does someone has a solution for this problem ?
Harvey evert Try launching it from the command line: thunderbird --safe-mode A menu will appear click disable addons -> click continue in safe mode Then disable the offending addon? (I think langpacks are treated as addons?) and close -> reopen thunderbird normally.
atriaze Good morning to you, Thanks to you JoshStrobl and Harvey, for me, it’s okay. Solution with Harvey’s method. For info young user of Solus Budgie with happiness. Thanks again to you🙂
