Can't install Wi-Fi driver

Just installed solus and I noticed that my Wi-Fi card is not detected , it also happened to me on other distros but I can't figure out how to install it in solus, my driver chipset is : RTL8818ftv

There's a driver for it but it's made for Ubuntu and it's derivatives Wi-Fi driver

Go to green 'Code' button, select download zip. You will get a zipped folder that contains the sources from the git repository. Unzip it into your home folder. Go into the unzipped folder and proceed the steps described in the README.md of the project under 'Building and install driver'.
