bloom autorun.inf is a Windows thing. It's used on Windows to tell the OS that there's something that can be automatically run and how to run it. Modern Windows only looks at it for an Icon and a volume label. Linux does not use these files at all.
That said, how do you know it's your webcam? I've seen a few USB devices that ship with drivers on an emulated "drive" that is displayed when you connect it to your system, but I'm never seen this on a webcam. Is this an IP camera or something?
What told you that it might be infected?
