I run Solus on my laptop, but have a monitor that I would like to use as a second screen. After connecting my monitor to my laptop via HDMI, I go to Displays and nothing changes (can only edit my laptop screen) with my monitor not receiving any input from my laptop at all. I've tried two different HDMI cables to make sure its not the cabling and neither works. I have zero hardware knowledge, so I apologize if I'm missing something extremely basic. Laptop is Dell G5 (also noticed when checking my settings that my GPU changed? No longer Nvidia GTX but Mesa Intel UHD now, did Nvidia really stop supporting the GPU's of last years Dell G5 series?) and monitor is HP 24f. Any help is appreciated and hopefully this isn't impossible. Thanks
Solus unable to find second monitor
Is your Nvidia GTX up and running? HDMI connection probably depends on it...
Monsieur_Caillou According to Solus, Nvidia GTX is not up and running and I'm not sure how to get it to run again.
Are your drivers installed? Check with doflicky ("hardware drivers") program...
