Hello!
I've installed the Moonlight client (snap version) like this:
sudo snap install moonlight
I'm able to connect to my host PC, but unfortunately I don't get any sound. I started moonlight from a console in order to see more details and here's the output: https://pastebin.com/raw/nTSJAsp3
I noticed this:
Cannot access file /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf
But that file is definitely present. Permissions were 644, owned by root:root. Just to see if it helps, I changed it to 666. But it didn't make a difference.
Also:
SDL Error (0): Failed to open audio device: ALSA: Couldn't open audio device: No such file or directory
Does anyone have an idea?
Several alsa-packages are installed (I assume they come installed by default?), among which are alsa-lib and alsa-utils.
The AppImage version of Moonlight runs fine and I get sound with that. I just thought I'd try the snap version as well, that's where I ran into this issue.
Thanks!
